Our SelectLeaders client is a privately owned real estate investment and operating company with a family office culture and an entrepreneurial approach to ownership.
With a portfolio of approximately 2,750 multifamily units and 300,000 square feet of commercial real estate across the Western United States, the company takes a hands-on approach to property operations and asset management.
The ideal candidate thrives in a smaller, collaborative environment where access to leadership is direct, decisions are made quickly, and individuals are empowered to take ownership of their portfolio.

High School Diploma, equivalent post secondary education is a plus
Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities with onsite staff.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
Thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys spending significant time on-site working directly with property teams rather than operating primarily from an office setting.

5+ years of proven experience in multifamily property management including regional or multi-site oversight.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel weekly between sites.
CAM or CAP is preferred
