Operate and maintain the Champion Industries Model EUCCW8 dishwasher, ensuring proper washing, rinsing, and sanitizing procedures.
Utility Support (5th Man): Assist as needed, including emptying trash, cleaning tilts and kettles, spot sweeping/mopping, and restocking/sorting silverware.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as bending to clean floor drains and climbing equipment/ladders.
