Maintain regular and proactive contact with grantors, beneficiaries, legal counsel, financial advisors, and other interested parties to discuss and advise on trust-related issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy and understanding, effectively managing difficult family situations, and navigating family dynamics with sensitivity and professionalism.

Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics) is required.
4-6 years of experience in Personal Trust Account Administration, financial planning, investments, and/or estate planning is required.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with the exception of qualified candidates who are bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English.

Integrate knowledge of holistic financial planning including investment management, estate planning, insurance, income tax planning, cash flow planning, philanthropic planning, retirement planning.
