Responsibilities

  • Support special projects assigned by RTD, Construction Operations, or the jobsite leadership team.

  • We have a 35-year track record of developing multifamily communities with responsibility, accountability, and integrity.
  • Lead (under supervision) a defined small-scale project component or scope to demonstrate integrated understanding of safety, planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Develop a capstone SOP and training plan for a stage-and-sequence topic in alignment with RTD.
  • Create a one-hour training module to support future JPI employee development in a defined construction topic or phase.

Requirements

  • Ability to participate in a full-time, 180-day training assignment.
  • Ability to learn and apply construction safety expectations
  • Ability to use (or quickly learn) digital construction tools and standard office software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, OpenSpace, DroneDeploy, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work in office/training settings and in active construction site environments, including walking uneven terrain, climbing stairs/ladders as required, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Complete onboarding and safety readiness activities, including OSHA 30, CPR (as required), and JPI mandatory safety training.
