About the role

The Kennedy Shelter Case Manager will provide case management for the single clients at Kennedy emergency shelter clients.
Singles in this program can experience a variety of challenges ranging from mental health diagnoses, substance abuse, physical/developmental disabilities, limited income, and chronic or long-term homelessness.

The case manager will support program participants in obtaining and maintaining housing stability using best practices, such as trauma informed care, housing first and harm reduction.
