Requirements
- Relevant business degree or minimum of 3 years' prior commercial and contractual experience demonstrating the above responsibilities.
- Experience of working with a diverse customer group base
- an demonstrate the ability to identify key areas in contract terms supplied by other parties, that if accepted would represent a significant risk to the Company.
- C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
- Working experience of US Federal Acquisition FARS/DFARS and UK MOD DEFCON's
Compensation
- Added $115k in total base pay; please add in appropriate compensation range to target.

- You will report to the Contracts Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Chatsworth, CA.
- The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing contracts, which shall include reviewing, drafting, negotiating, novating and executing various Contracts and Agreements.
