Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory while adhering to all HS&E policies and standard operating procedures
- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods to support materials characterization and research initiatives
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable data generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and technical teams to meet project goals and timelines
- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and communicate results effectively

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience working with chemicals and analytical instrumentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Experience working with advanced analytical instrumentation and materials characterization techniques
- Familiarity with method development and validation in a research or industrial laboratory setting
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
- Experience documenting work in electronic lab notebooks or data management systems
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate laboratory equipment
