Responsibilities

  • Manage project financials (budgets, SOVs, billings, forecasting, cash flow) with accuracy

Requirements

  • Any screening required for badging and access to public school job sites
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Compensation

  • the salary pay range is $90k -$110k annually, based on experience and qualifications
  • What You'll Own (Responsibilities)
  • Full lifecycle project management: handoff at pre-construction → closeout
  • Manage project financials (budgets, SOVs, billings, forecasting, cash flow) with accuracy
  • RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation tracking
  • Vendor and subcontractor coordination (buyout, procurement, agreements)
