- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Compensation
- the salary pay range is $90k -$110k annually, based on experience and qualifications
- What You'll Own (Responsibilities)
- Full lifecycle project management: handoff at pre-construction → closeout
- Manage project financials (budgets, SOVs, billings, forecasting, cash flow) with accuracy
- RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation tracking
- Vendor and subcontractor coordination (buyout, procurement, agreements)
