About the role
- Relief staff work across various shifts to ensure continuity of care and operations when full-time staff are unavailable.
- This role includes conducting assessments, crisis intervention, brief therapy, and coordination of care.
- Complete intake evaluations, clinical assessments, and documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Support de-escalation efforts and maintain a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation.
- We work with families in settings that are safe and familiar to them, and view them as equal partners when planning, developing, and monitoring care.

Requirements
- Act 33/34/73 Clearances- to be updated every 5 years at employee's expense Physical/TB to be updated every 2 years Pre-employment drug screen Valid Driver
Nice to have
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services plus (1) year paid human service experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services plus 3 years paid human service experience.
- Computer experience preferred.
