- Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- The Administrative Assistant III provides advanced administrative and operational support to Strategic Comp employees and internal business partners.
- This individual will work to support organizational effectiveness and deliver a positive employee experience.
- Provide administrative support to Strategic Comp leaders and functional departments.
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Employee Onboarding and Internal Operations Support
- Submit, track, and manage system access provisioning requests and related administrative activities.
- Support equipment ordering, distribution, and related onboarding logistics as needed.
- Organizational and Business Support
- Maintain and regularly update organizational charts, distribution lists, and department information.
- Support internal communications initiatives and department-wide announcements.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize various business systems and workflow tools.
- Minimum of six years of administrative, operational support, or related business experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to have
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and other business events, including scheduling, logistics, and communications.
- Route and track incoming requests, inquiries, and correspondence to appropriate individuals or teams.
- Coordinate scheduling and administrative activities associated with interviewing, onboarding, and employee transitions.
- Coordinate special projects and process improvement activities as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, documentation, and customer service experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate's degree preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders, departments, or business functions preferred.
