About the role

You'll cover named Tier 1 GSIs alongside our VP-level alliance leaders, adding capacity to scale a proven playbook that's already generating significant revenue.
The named accounts exist, the partnerships are active, and the deals are in motion.
This is a top-priority function for Uniphore's growth.

Own and deliver revenue targets tied to assigned GSI partnerships.
Execute joint account planning with GSI partners to build and advance pipeline.
Drive partner-sourced and influenced opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close.
Build and sustain trusted senior-level relationships with GSI sales leaders and practice heads.
Partner with Marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and joint events.
Align with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure partner solutions address customer needs.

10+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
Proven success in GSI/BPO partnerships - specifically selling to KPMG.
Demonstrated track record of quota attainment in complex solution selling.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Bachelor's degree required.
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders at GSIs and customers.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hiring Range (Palo Alto, CA): $289,600 - $398,000 OTE (60% base salary / 40% variable compensation). Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
