Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack product features across Mandolin's core modules.
- Collaborate closely with Product to scope requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
- Own projects end-to-end: backend services, APIs, data flows, and front-end interfaces.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs, working with databases, and building secure, reliable systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong contributions to full-stack applications.
- Proficiency with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar) and backend services (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).
- Track record of owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience working in early-stage startups and shaping product from 0 to 1.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability tools.
Compensation
- Compensation for this position will include a base salary, equity, and a variety of comprehensive benefits.
- The U.S. base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $270,000.
