Responsibilities
- Cidel is seeking a polished, proactive Associate to support our Ultra High Net Worth team in cultivating, deepening, and stewarding sophisticated client relationships.
- The Associate will manage day‑to‑day administrative and transactional needs, contribute to business development efforts, and ensure a seamless, high‑touch client experience.
- Execute and support daily operational activities such as cash movements, trading instructions, foreign exchange, and account updates, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Asset Management, Planning & Trust, and Specialized Banking to prepare proposals, briefing materials, and client‑ready presentations.
- Support business development initiatives by preparing materials, tracking opportunities, and helping manage CRM data and follow‑up activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in multi-family office, wealth management, private banking, investment management, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services and investment concepts, with the ability to communicate comfortably with UHNW clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and operate as a self‑starter in a dynamic, team‑based environment.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and a track record of delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with CRM systems and AI integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, client‑ready materials.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, communications, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Prior financial services experience is preferred.
