About the role

As a Consultant at AMEND Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful solutions for our clients.
Responsible for account management, you will direct the work of multiple projects, while also playing the role of connector between project teams and clients, identifying and selling retention work, and growing your accounts.
Additionally, you will serve as a strategic leader within your project teams and the broader AMEND team, nurturing competencies in others and positively impacting our business.

Build detailed plans for your projects and manage the timeline, budget, profitability, and scope of multiple projects at one time.
Understand your clients' current people, processes, and systems, identify gaps for improvement, and create a plan to close those gaps.
Design innovative solutions for complex situations with your clients, using analytical and conceptual thinking.
Drive client presentations with valuable strategic insights and recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Strengthen client relationships by earning and building trust with project sponsors and executives.

Ability to interface with multiple business functions (internally and externally)
Organizational skills and ability to enforce accountability
