About the role

The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations of a portfolio of mixed-use shopping centers in the Dallas, TX.
The Property Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Property Management and works closely with leasing, accounting, and tenant coordination teams to execute the strategic goals of each asset.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, with direct experience managing retail shopping centers required.
Strong working knowledge of commercial lease administration, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel routinely between in Dallas, TX.
Reliable transportation required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred
CCIM or CPM certification preferred.
equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Develop and manage annual operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and capital expenditure plans; monitor actual performance against budget and report variances to the VP of Property Management.
