About the role

  • The HealthShare team is looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep roots in healthcare IT and interoperability.
  • The product manager will also act as the scrum product owner for one development team.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and/or lead the strategic direction, feature design, user interaction, requirements, and roadmap of one or more products and solutions
  • Participate as product owner on an Agile development team, working with software development, implementation, testing, support, sales, and field engineering team members to bring new features and products to successful release
  • Represent the "voice of the customer" internally in guiding product design and development
  • Demonstrated success in helping envision, design and bring products to completion

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will bring the following:

Skills

  • HL7 V2, CDA, FHIR, X12, IHE XDS, XCA, XDR, etc.
  • OMOP, OpenEHR.
  • BS in health, technical, or business area or comparable experience required.
  • MBA, MPH, MHA, or similar degree preferred.
  • InterSystems is an E-Verify Employer in the United States.
  • Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

Compensation

  • $129,000 - $183,000 USD
  • InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
