About the role

  • The Data Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity, consistency, and traceability of all project configuration items and associated data throughout their lifecycle.
  • It includes comprehensive engineering, integration, cybersecurity, testing, and deployment activities to ensure zero data loss, improved performance, strengthened security, and seamless compatibility across all CCIC2S mission systems.
  • Location will be north Colorado Springs initially and future work at Chidlaw and Peterson AFB occasionally.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in configuration management, data management, document control, or related discipline within aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of CM/DM principles, industry standards, and best practices (e.g., MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649, ISO/AS9100).
  • Experience managing CM/DM on DoD, NASA, or government contract programs.
  • Proficiency with CM/DM tools such as PTC Windchill, SharePoint, JIRA, CMPro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of data/documents.
  • C ertifications such as CMII, CMPIC, or NDIA CM certification.
