The Field Service Representative will interface with 3M customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating and maintaining superior customer relationships.
As a Field Service Representative II, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a customer facing or service-related field
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
As a necessary requirement of this position with Solventum, you must be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to your start date.

An associate degree or higher
Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties
The expected compensation range for this position is $51,120 - $70,290, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
