Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.

Possess or in the last 6 months of pursuing a two-year technical degree/diploma in a maintenance field in a private, public, government, or military industrial environment setting.
Experience installing, diagnosing and repairing, assembly and/or automated machinery in a manufacturing environment, robotics and automated equipment
Strong background in electrical preventative maintenance as well as basic knowledge of electrical code covering laws of installation of electrical equipment

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting PLC‑controlled systems and related production equipment in a similar environment.
Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays

The starting rate of pay rate is $33.23 This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
