About the role

  • Dubak Electrical Group LLC is growing and currently seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our team.
  • Job Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Install, troubleshoot and repair electrical power, controls and instruments systems throughout industrial project sites.
  • Work on voltage controls as well as circuits to include 110v, 440v and 4160v.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform tasks wearing required PPE such as protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots, etc.
  • The ideal candidates will have experience in industrial electrical projects and demonstrate proficiency in the core responsibilities outlined below.
  • Must be able to travel out of town (outside of the Indy area) when work schedules slow-down.
  • The individual will be required to work on load and line side electrical components up to 4160v.

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed
  • Have a high regard and ownership for personal safety and the safety of others.
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication skills to be able to work well with others
  • Must be professional with your words and actions towards co-workers, clients, and vendors
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. by yourself
