About the role

  • Chevron is accepting online applications for the role of Enterprise Leading Performance Senior Analyst until Wednesday July 29th at 11.59pm Central time.
  • Provides organizational and consolidated financial information and statements: budgets, forecasts, General & Administrative (G&A) and non-G&A expenses.
  • Work regularly has enterprise and BU level impact.

Responsibilities

  • Leads projects of significant complexity under minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant Finance experience.
  • Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and/or business performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to a variety of stakeholders, including leadership teams.

Nice to have

  • MBA or master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in energy, oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level planning, performance reporting, or finance transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, dashboard development, automation, and data storytelling.
  • Experience leading large, complex projects with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Relocation will not be considered.
