About the role
- Our Sales and Distribution Leader will have full P&L responsibility for our Wilsonart Company Owned Distribution Location (Metro) in Phoenix.
- Lastly this role will have direct responsibility for customer-facing reports as well as site-level operations, office management, and logistics functions.
- Set and hold teams accountable for achieving performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build a demand pipeline through target projects, strategic accounts, and erosion recapture initiatives.
- Expand customer base and implement regional sales and marketing programs tailored to market conditions.
- This role will also have responsibility for translating corporate strategy into actionable objectives to deliver on growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- travel required between sites.

- Strong understanding of Wilsonart's value proposition and the full decision-making value chain from demand creation to fulfillment.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in sales management.
- 2+ years of multi-site distribution management experience preferred.
Compensation
