About the role

Operating within the newly established umdasch Industrial Solutions division, AT-PAC is a global leader in scaffolding solutions.
Specializing in the industrial market segment, AT-PAC focuses on serving all scaffold contractors and industrial service companies across a variety of sectors.
AT-PAC became fully integrated into the Umdasch Group in 2023, combining its 25 years of industrial scaffolding expertise with Doka's 150-year legacy in formwork and shoring.

Lead and oversee all daily yard and warehouse operations including receiving, staging, picking, dispatching, returns processing, and material storage.
Maintain organized yard layout, proper material flow, and efficient use of yard space.
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through proper receiving, picking, and returns processes.
Support inventory reconciliation and data integrity within ERP and inventory management systems.
Proven experience developing teams within fast-paced operational environments.
Demonstrated ability to implement structure, accountability, and operational process improvements.

Minimum 5 years of experience in yard, warehouse, logistics, or industrial operations leadership.
Strong understanding of material handling, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Forklift certification required.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and Outlook.
Diploma or degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is an asset but non-essential.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 100 lbs when required.

Conduct and oversee regular cycle counts and full inventory counts (twice per year).
