Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all daily yard and warehouse operations including receiving, staging, picking, dispatching, returns processing, and material storage.
  • Maintain organized yard layout, proper material flow, and efficient use of yard space.
  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through proper receiving, picking, and returns processes.
  • Support inventory reconciliation and data integrity within ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Proven experience developing teams within fast-paced operational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement structure, accountability, and operational process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in yard, warehouse, logistics, or industrial operations leadership.
  • Strong understanding of material handling, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and Outlook.
  • Diploma or degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is an asset but non-essential.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 100 lbs when required.

Compensation

  • Conduct and oversee regular cycle counts and full inventory counts (twice per year).
