About the role

Being self-driven and well organized are critical components of a successful RTS.
This position may require up to 50%+ overnight travel, depending on home location.
Territory development in conjunction with the Territory Sales Manager.

Create and grow multiple aspects of our business through supporting regional and company goals.
Rapid reaction to escalated and customer down issues and always maintain a high level of professionalism.
Deliver billable service work while proactively generating and managing a pipeline of future service opportunities through customer engagement, needs assessment, and follow-up.
Own the customer issue to resolution and complete service documents
Mentor and support Field Support team members.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

This role requires flexibility in work schedule and the ability to work holidays and overtime, and travel as dictated by business needs.
3+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience in a field environment
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role
3+ years' experience with troubleshooting and resolution of Windows operating system permissions, hardware peripherals, databases, and networks.
Microsoft Office proficiency
Must be able to lift 70 pounds at the waist and 25 pounds overhead.

Demonstrated ability to work independently
Advanced MySQL and MAC OS knowledge a plus.
Leadership. ability to inspire others to act on key initiatives.
Teamwork - willing and able to work closely and effectively with other departments, peers, etc.
Ability to influence others - Skilled at informing, convincing, and persuading others to act on initiatives or to provide assistance.
Communication - effectively communicates in both written and verbal forms.
Professional Work and Detail Orientation - possess excellent attention to detail, and all work must be at a high level of professionalism.
Project Management - implementing, managing projects and presenting reports defining project progress, and problems and solutions.

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
$82,500 - $100,800
