About the role
- This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments, is comfortable traveling locally between sites, and can step in to provide leadership, coverage, and guidance as needed.

Responsibilities
- Support ROI operations across Baltimore and Montgomery County sites, including hospitals and clinics
- Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and workflow support for HIS staff
- Support productivity, quality, and service improvement initiatives
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and authorized requestors
- Monitor fax queues, shared drives, and email inboxes to ensure timely processing
- Create encrypted CDs/DVDs and maintain proper documentation
