- The Program Manager (PM) shall ensure full functionality and ensure changes to business practices are effectively communicated to all relevant staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with the client.
- Lead a large, geographically dispersed team, ensuring collaboration, coordination, and clear internal team communication.
- Provide technical support, leadership, and creation of processes in execution of the contract.
- Lead quality assurance and technical excellence of work on the contract and team
- Lead quality assurance and technical excellence of work on the contract and team; ensure deliverables and products are delivered timely and of quality acceptable to both the client and Dexis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Must possess a mastery of the day-to-day operations within the Combat Support Directorate (CZ) Directorate.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- At least ten (10) years of A&AS program management experience.
- At least five (5) years of program management experience supporting DTRA, with Combat Support Directorate experience preferred.
