About the role
- Seeking a Project manager to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a semiconductor plant and related infrastructure - Boise, ID.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction for facilities and construction projects.
- Provide design assistance and design review at all stages of design.
- Assist with design solutions during design and programming phases.
- Monitor and maintain daily logs, job photos and videos
- Initiates and manages appropriate certificates, inspections, project site markups (isolation plan, LOTO points, barricade plan, material flow plan, phasing plans), and other documentation regarding construction production on the project site
- Maintain strong working partnerships with general contractors and subcontractors
- Preside over weekly contractor, OAC, design, and work progress meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Requirements
- Field management experience, bachelor's degree, or experience working as a Foreman.
- Experience in Semiconductor, Biopharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Mission Critical, or other Manufacturing industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to schedule and host planning meetings with various stakeholders to ensure all schedule activities are understood and executed to plan
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a good understanding of construction project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision
Compensation
- $150,000 - $225,000 USD
