About the role
- We advise on all aspects of project development and finance across the energy, infrastructure, natural resources and transport sectors.
- Our work includes advising on project and financing documentation, public‑private partnerships, multi‑source financings, risk allocation and regulatory matters.
- We act for sponsors, lenders, governments, contractors and investors on greenfield and brownfield projects worldwide, including projects supporting the energy transition.
Requirements
- Admission to the Texas bar is required.
Nice to have
- Preferred class years 2018-2022.
