We're seeking a HPC Network Engineer to join our founding team who will design and run the high-performance network that connects our GPU compute - building a fast, reliable fabric today and the architecture to scale it as our cluster grows.
Design, optimize, and scale the high-performance network fabric that interconnects our GPU and CPU compute.
Build the low-latency networking that keeps our training and simulation workloads fed and fast.
Own capacity planning and lead network projects end to end, from design through deployment.
Partner with vendors to select and engineer switches that set us up for the next stage of compute growth.
Develop scripts and processes that automate network operations and increase efficiency.
Collaborate across the infrastructure team to solve cross-discipline problems with immediate operational impact.

Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive.

Experience designing, deploying, and scaling networks for HPC or GPU compute environments.
Packet decoding/analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark) and knowledge of fiber optics and high-speed cabling up to 800 Gbps.
Familiarity with public cloud networks (AWS, GCP, Azure) and config management (Ansible, Salt).
Familiarity with Python, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and GitHub

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
