About the role
- The sanitation manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the GMP's regarding sanitation and cleanliness of machinery in a food processing facility.
- This will include CIP's and compliance with HAACP.
- Position is responsible for ensuring proper sanitation and application of chemicals and cleaners throughout the sanitation process.
Responsibilities
- Develop Sanitation Program, Food Safety Plans and HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) Plan.
- Drive continual improvement of standard sanitation operating procedures.
