Responsibilities

  • Responsible in developing work assignments for each employee.

  • The Lead Engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.
  • This role ensures optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of all building systems while leading a team of engineers and maintenance staff.
  • The Watch Engineer serves as the primary technical expert on-site and collaborates closely with property management and vendors.
