Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights to management and production teams.
  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and engineering teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance production workflows and achieve efficiency goals.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed by leadership.
  • The Specialist I, Production Data Analyst, will support the production team by analyzing, interpreting, and managing production data to improve operational efficiency.
  • This position plays a key role in monitoring performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support continuous improvement within the manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in following disciplines, Engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with production data systems, ERP systems, or manufacturing software is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is an asset.
  • Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
