Boston Dynamics is seeking a highly motivated Second Shift Supervisor, Data Operations to lead safe, day to day execution of second shift data operations.
In this role you will be solving problems no one has solved before, and you need to be comfortable charting your own path while managing competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
Dynamic servant leader who leads by example and is willing to dive into the work alongside the team.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of employee performance management experience.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and observations into actionable plans.
ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, and climb stairs for up to 12 hours at a time, as well as lift up to 49 pounds.

Shift Execution & Process Management
Promote a safe working environment on shift, quickly mitigating issues while driving long-term systemic solutions.
Provide real-time coaching to drive quality.
Be comfortable with difficult conversations to manage performance.
Continuous Improvement
Use data to evaluate how your improvements are working, and be comfortable adjusting plans that aren't working.
