- You can: Independently oversee day-to-day rental reservations and customer communication (inbound and outbound), ensuring fleet utilization is optimized.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to credit, contracts, and billing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in prospect meetings and support new business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely billing for rental charges.
- Collaborate openly with all departments to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Requirements

- While industry experience is an asset, it is not required.
- Inspect and communicate damages, complete daily vehicle inventories, and ensure all required insurances are in place.
- We also use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to screen applications against the minimum qualifications for this role.
