About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nuclear engineering, physics, or related technical field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in nuclear safeguards material accountancy, and reactor safety in research or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of NRC and IAEA safeguards regulations and their application to advanced reactor designs
- Experience with statistical analysis Experience with material accounting systems, inventory verification, and measurement uncertainty analysis
- Familiarity with safeguards equipment and seals
- Familiarity with non-destructive assay technologies and nuclear material measurement systems
- Proficiency with simulation and analysis tools for safeguards applications
- Experience managing technical projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with advanced monitoring technologies and data analytics applications for safeguards
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
