About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in nuclear engineering, physics, or related technical field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in nuclear safeguards material accountancy, and reactor safety in research or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of NRC and IAEA safeguards regulations and their application to advanced reactor designs
  • Experience with statistical analysis Experience with material accounting systems, inventory verification, and measurement uncertainty analysis
  • Familiarity with safeguards equipment and seals
  • Familiarity with non-destructive assay technologies and nuclear material measurement systems
  • Proficiency with simulation and analysis tools for safeguards applications
  • Experience managing technical projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with advanced monitoring technologies and data analytics applications for safeguards
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
