About the role
- This cross-functional role is responsible for machine setup, part finishing, material handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Technicians are trained to work in both areas and may be assigned based on production needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform finishing processes including deburring, sandblasting, shot peening, and painting
- Package parts for shipment and maintain material flow between departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and work areas
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues as needed
- Document production activities and communicate effectively between shifts
- Located in Princeton, IN, we pride ourselves on building a versatile, high-performing team that delivers quality and quick turnaround across industries like mining, defense, and cement.
- The Manufacturing Technician supports production operations across both the machine shop and weld shop (P&H).
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Nice to have
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- CNC or machine setup experience is a plus
