About the role

  • This cross-functional role is responsible for machine setup, part finishing, material handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Technicians are trained to work in both areas and may be assigned based on production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform finishing processes including deburring, sandblasting, shot peening, and painting
  • Package parts for shipment and maintain material flow between departments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and work areas
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues as needed
  • Document production activities and communicate effectively between shifts
  • Located in Princeton, IN, we pride ourselves on building a versatile, high-performing team that delivers quality and quick turnaround across industries like mining, defense, and cement.
  • The Manufacturing Technician supports production operations across both the machine shop and weld shop (P&H).

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Nice to have

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
  • CNC or machine setup experience is a plus
