Request for Proposals (RFP) Design and Construction of Roof Water Catchment
Introduction Girl Scouts of Hawaii is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to design, permit, and construct a roof-based water catchment system at Camp Kilohana (Baldwin Lodge).
Provide stamped design drawings and specifications.
Install or replace gutters to optimize water collection efficiency.
Deliver warranties for equipment and workmanship.
Design concept and technical approach.

Under 40 U.S.C. 3702 of the Act, each contractor must be required to compute the wages of every mechanic and laborer on the basis of a standard work week of 40 hours.
Submit required permits, approvals, and inspection sign-offs.
Demonstrate prior experience with similar potable water catchment projects.
