About the role
- You will work alongside a team of dedicated, high-performing professionals, making a tangible impact on the success of ClearEstate and the lives of families in need.
- Achieve business growth by nurturing relationships and creating new ones.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners (financial advisors and credit unions) within the territory of Western Canada through sustained outreach, field presence, presentations, and training on the ClearEstate offering.
- Educating on ClearEstate's value proposition to existing/prospective partners and their clients.
- Enable partner engagement by providing ongoing support, marketing tools, and content.
- Develop effective sales strategies to facilitate customer and partner expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on brand and product development initiatives, and communicate key partnerships insights to improve the ClearEstate platform, solutions and service offering.
- Be the subject matter expert for ClearEstate services to assigned partners.
- Own a personal quota within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Sales and/or business development experience.
- You have a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset, but not required.

- Promoting new and/or enhanced processes/tools.
Compensation
- $75K base salary; $140,000 -$160,000 OTE.
