Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with AS9100, company requirements, and applicable compliance standards.
- Support the development, revision, control, and maintenance of policies, procedures, work instructions, quality records, and controlled documents.
- Ensure document control processes remain effective, compliant, and consistently followed.
- Support administration and continuous improvement of a multi-site QMS across headquarters, engineering, and manufacturing operations to ensure standardized processes and compliance alignment.
- Support and coordinate customer, registrar, regulatory, and other external audits.
- Document audit findings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities related to audit findings, quality system issues, and compliance gaps.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective action follow-up, and closure across the organization.
- Support organizational readiness for audits, compliance reviews, and certification activities.
- Support training initiatives related to QMS processes, quality procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing, managing, and auditing Quality Management Systems
- Strong understanding of AS9100 or comparable quality standards
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams
Compensation
- $90,000 - $120,000 USD
