Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with AS9100, company requirements, and applicable compliance standards.
Support the development, revision, control, and maintenance of policies, procedures, work instructions, quality records, and controlled documents.
Ensure document control processes remain effective, compliant, and consistently followed.
Support administration and continuous improvement of a multi-site QMS across headquarters, engineering, and manufacturing operations to ensure standardized processes and compliance alignment.
Support and coordinate customer, registrar, regulatory, and other external audits.
Document audit findings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution.
Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities related to audit findings, quality system issues, and compliance gaps.
Drive root cause analysis, corrective action follow-up, and closure across the organization.
Support organizational readiness for audits, compliance reviews, and certification activities.
Support training initiatives related to QMS processes, quality procedures, and compliance requirements.

Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing, managing, and auditing Quality Management Systems
Strong understanding of AS9100 or comparable quality standards
Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams
