About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through launch, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Own day-to-day project management activities, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and workstreams moving forward.
- Serve as a trusted client partner, leading regular communication and building strong relationships throughout engagements.
- Balance creative and technical ambition with business objectives to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Partner with discipline leads to estimate resources, manage staffing plans, and align teams to project needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging processes, driving operational excellence, and helping teams deliver their best work.
- Delivery management is the engine that drives projects forward at Code and Theory.
- They plan, manage, lead, price, challenge, and innovate to ensure flawless execution while balancing client success with agency business outcomes.
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will run projects independently or under the leadership of Program Directors, while working closely with clients and internal teams to successfully deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of product development and ways of working, with the ability to apply best practices and mentor junior Project Managers.
- Proven ability to independently, yet love working with your teams and clients.
- Strong understanding of resource planning, staffing, and project financials.
- Ability to foster trust, collaboration, and positivity across internal teams and client partnerships.
Nice to have
- Prior agency/services experience
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms

Compensation
- The base compensation range for this role is $110,000– $130,000 and spans multiple levels.
