About the role
- We are hiring an EA to the CEO to become the CEO's operational leverage across scheduling, communication, company rhythm, recruiting, investors, customers, and day-to-day execution.
- This person will help the CEO move faster, stay focused, and operate with more clarity as Clark scales.
- This is a high-trust role for someone who is organized, discreet, proactive, and excited to work directly with the CEO of a fast-moving AI company.
Responsibilities
- Own the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Manage travel planning, expenses, and day-to-day logistics
- Help maintain company operating cadence, including leadership meetings and weekly priorities
- Support recruiting coordination for senior candidates and high-priority hires
- Take on special projects as needed across operations, recruiting, events, and company building
- Able to manage many moving pieces at once
- Opportunity to work in person with a talent-dense team building category-defining AI infrastructure for audit and accounting
Requirements
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Experience supporting a founder or technical executive
- Experience with recruiting coordination or candidate communications
- Experience managing investors, advisors, or customer-facing scheduling
