About the role
- As Vice President, you will play a pivotal leadership role in leading our North American financial advisory practice.
- This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the infrastructure finance landscape, and expertise in deal management and technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical delivery excellence by overseeing financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution
- Lead transaction teams to successfully execute financial advisory mandates
- Mentor, develop, and manage junior team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the infrastructure sector
- Identify, develop, and pitch financial advisory opportunities
- Access to principal investment opportunities alongside Partners.
Requirements
- Minimum six years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance as a sponsor or as a financial advisor;
- Demonstrated ability to structure and execute infrastructure mandates;
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams;
- Willingness and ability to travel.
