About the role

At CS Erickson, we tackle some of the most challenging and complex electrical projects in West Michigan.

Lead electrical construction projects up to $10M from kickoff to closeout.
Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, engineers, and field crews.
Own the schedule, budget, and quality - making sure projects finish safely, on time, and within budget.
Knowing our projects is key to success: Preplanning and continuous planning habits lead to success.
Responsiveness is key to our success: We will deliver on time on all commitments and approach every request with a sense of urgency.

Mentor and guide electricians and subs, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Be the go-to communicator - you'll keep everyone aligned with real-time updates.
3+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
Track record of delivering commercial/industrial projects successfully.
