About the role
- We understand and provide expert consultation on weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.
- We know defense and we know aircraft systems.
- The Certified Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading electrical systems and equipment throughout the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Our core competencies include systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services.
- This position supports production operations by ensuring electrical equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
- The Certified Electrician works independently and collaboratively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical safety practices.
- Must be a U.S citizen.
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures is essential.

- Flexibility is required to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours as needed to meet workload demands.
Nice to have
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.
- Technical certification in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required
- Master Electrician License preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, or commercial electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, electrical distribution systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
