Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day maintenance and facility operations for the site, ensuring the building, grounds, and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate general maintenance services to support business operations.
- Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, including reviewing proposals, approving work, and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, vendor documentation, open projects, and completed maintenance activities.
- Support improvement initiatives, capital projects, and operational enhancements from planning through execution.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in facility performance and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Opportunity to take ownership of facility operations and drive improvements.
- In this role, you'll oversee facility maintenance activities, partner with vendors, support capital projects, and help ensure our operations continue to run smoothly and effectively.

Compensation
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
