About the role

- This role sits at the intersection of strategy, program leadership, and execution, partnering across IT and business teams to move key security priorities forward.
- This is a forward-looking role focused less on hands-on engineering and more on driving outcomes, alignment, and progress across security initiatives.
Responsibilities
- The IT Security organization partners closely with technology and business leaders to protect the organization while enabling innovation and growth.
- As the Senior Manager, Security Strategy & Execution, you will shape and drive the enterprise security roadmap, translating evolving threats and business needs into actionable initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 10 years of technical work experience including at least 6 years of management experience.
- At least 10 years of experience across cybersecurity, IT, or related roles.
- Experience in security strategy, program leadership, or large-scale initiative delivery.
- Strong understanding of core security domains (identity, cloud, network, data).
- Ability to translate complex problems into structured, executable plans.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zero Trust / SASE, cloud security, or identity modernization initiatives.
- Background in financial services or other complex environments.
- Experience in consulting, transformation, or enterprise strategy roles.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams.

- Improved execution and visibility across key initiatives.
- Tangible progress in priority areas (identity, cloud, secure access).

Compensation
- The posted salary range reflects the broadest standard range for this role, including all locations.
- The anticipated compensation for this specific position is $165,000 - 180,000.
- This role is also eligible for annual incentive pay.
