About the role

As a 1st Line function, we focus on delivering and operating security capabilities aligned to enterprise priorities.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, program leadership, and execution, partnering across IT and business teams to move key security priorities forward.
This is a forward-looking role focused less on hands-on engineering and more on driving outcomes, alignment, and progress across security initiatives.

The IT Security organization partners closely with technology and business leaders to protect the organization while enabling innovation and growth.
As the Senior Manager, Security Strategy & Execution, you will shape and drive the enterprise security roadmap, translating evolving threats and business needs into actionable initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 10 years of technical work experience including at least 6 years of management experience.
At least 10 years of experience across cybersecurity, IT, or related roles.
Experience in security strategy, program leadership, or large-scale initiative delivery.
Strong understanding of core security domains (identity, cloud, network, data).
Ability to translate complex problems into structured, executable plans.

Experience with Zero Trust / SASE, cloud security, or identity modernization initiatives.
Background in financial services or other complex environments.
Experience in consulting, transformation, or enterprise strategy roles.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
Experience leading or mentoring teams.

Clear, actionable security roadmap with measurable progress.
Strong alignment across security, IT, and business teams.
Improved execution and visibility across key initiatives.
Tangible progress in priority areas (identity, cloud, secure access).
Translate risk insights and emerging threats into clear, actionable security initiatives.
Identity and access management
Cloud and infrastructure security
Secure access / network security evolution
Identify capability gaps and help shape multi-year plans and investment priorities.
Contribute to improving security operating models and ways of working.

The posted salary range reflects the broadest standard range for this role, including all locations.
The anticipated compensation for this specific position is $165,000 - 180,000.
This role is also eligible for annual incentive pay.
