About the role
- Work Arrangement This is an onsite position at our Dayton, OH office.
- Standard Essential Functions Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.

- Frequently required to sit, and to reach to use computers and other office equipment
- Occasionally required to stand for extended periods of time
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required as well as strong analytical ability leading to exemplary execution.
- Proficient knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
- Possess a high degree of organizational and communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work independently and irregular hours, as required.
- Ability to efficiently partner with functional organizations and possess the ability to solve complex challenges independently in compliance with written and verbal guidance from both internal and external Customers as appropriate meeting business objectives.
- Proficient in using various software tools packages such as Visio, CAD, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Microsoft Project
- Proficient procedural documentation skills are required.
- Bachelor's Degree or similar experience.
- Completion of all Defense Security Service FSO training requirements for safeguarding facility
- Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification is a plus.
Nice to have
- Provide briefings through public speaking, facilitated trainings, and written guidance.
- Process and protect personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive personal information in a professional manner with regard to reporting responsibilities.
- Effectively apply physical and procedural security measures with minimal impact to business operations.
- Oversee automated access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
- Formalize security program with other organizations, especially Export Control, Facilities, and Information Technology.
- Conduct investigations regarding sensitive issues and violations of written policies
- issue disciplinary guidance as needed.
- Interact with functional business groups, senior management, and government representatives.
