Serves as a corporate liaison with gaming regulators, IRS, and corporate and property personnel on issues related to compliance.
Ensures strong communication between regulators and property and corporate management on all compliance matters.
Directly oversees property compliance departments and staff for the assigned region.
Directs, supervises, mentors and trains the property compliance staff in the performance of their compliance duties.
This includes being knowledgeable and keeping current on all aspects of BSA Title 31 AML regulations and trends.
Assists in overseeing the Company's Gaming Compliance and Reporting Plan for the assigned region, to prevent any Company involvement that would pose a threat to the reputation and integrity of the gaming industry.
Oversees compliance with gaming laws and regulations applicable to the business operations of the company in assigned jurisdictions to ensure that property operations and procedures are in compliance.
Oversees internal control system and IT system submissions.
