About the role
- Martin Concrete Construction is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team.
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading complex concrete projects, and takes pride in delivering high quality work on time and on budget.
- As a Project Manager, you will oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, working closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans
- Manage material buyouts and ensure timely delivery to jobsites
- Maintain contract execution logs and manage change notices and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods
- Ability to identify and resolve complex construction challenges
- Experience with AutoCAD or Tekla
