Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly follow all operating, quality, and safety procedures, able to safely perform all aspects of the job, participates/leads safety improvement activities (teams, PBSAs, JSAs, etc).
  • Perform finishing changeovers to process sheet conditions with minimum scrap.
  • Perform all necessary quality checks.
  • We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Extrusion Line Operator to support the production of high-quality plastic sheet products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • In this role, you will operate and monitor extrusion equipment, perform quality inspections, complete equipment changeovers, and ensure products meet customer specifications.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
  • Participates in teams, both inside and outside the Extrusion Department, and works well with others.
  • Flexible in job assignments plant wide, works overtime as needed to support plant operations.
  • Good attendance record.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Function with an attitude of teamwork, cooperativeness, positive thinking, and responsibility at all times.
  • Show up for assigned shifts, pre-arranged coverage, and all required meetings consistently.
